Complete a 1-on-1 Coaching interest form, and a performance specialist will be in touch to learn more about you and your goals and tell you how coaching works.

2. Create a blueprint with your coach.

If FitFoundation Coaching is a good fit for you, you will select a coaching plan that suits you best and will set up an initial consultation with your coach to get started on building your custom plan.

3. Reach your goals.

Your coach will be with you every step of the way. You will have workouts sent directly to you. Periodic check-ins will help you feel confident in your fitness journey, and we are always here to answer any questions you have.
