What is FitFoundation?

FitFoundation is an online training program that is achievable and scalable for all individuals of all fitness levels.

Fitness programs are often randomized and thrown together, but not at FitFoundation. Here, Doctors of Physical Therapy and Coaches collaborate to create an intentional training program that is safe, scalable, and effective.

Our daily workouts grow with you. Whether you've never worked out before or just want a consistent plan to follow, FitFoundation programming will work for you.

What to Expect

FitFoundation is a monthly subscription-based workout program.

Start at Week 1, Day 1 and progress through the program to build strength, increase your confidence and reach your health and fitness goals.

What is FueledFoundation?

FueledFoundation is personalized, 1-on-1, remote nutrition coaching designed by HSN Nutrition Coaches. We teach you how to fuel your body properly, understand macros, and fit healthy habits into your life.

With one-on-one check-ins, our program helps you reach your fitness and weight goals—whether you're new to nutrition, have struggled before, or just need support.

How it Works

1. Schedule your free discovery call.

Set up a 15-minute one-on-one phone call with a Vulcan Nutrition coach to tell us more about yourself and your goals.

2. Choose a nutrition coaching plan.

If Vulcan is a good fit for you, you will select a coaching plan that suits you best and will set up an initial consultation with your coach to get started on building your custom plan.

3. Reach your goals.

Your coach will be with you every step of the way. Periodic check-ins will help you feel confident in your nutrition journey, and we are always here to answer any questions you have.
