What is Midlife Savvy?

Midlife Savvy is an online course designed to educate and support women approaching or currently navigating their midlife years. This course is designed to give you the tools you need to make your midlife years the best yet. It touches on four major pillars - mindset, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.

This course is designed to take about 4 weeks to complete. Once purchased, however, you have lifetime access to Midlife Savvy and can go through the course at whatever pace works for you.

Ellie Hiller and Geena Pitts are Vulcan Nutrition Coaches who work with midlife women one-on-one every day to help them optimize their nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle to feel the best they can feel and reach personal weight loss and body composition goals.

After helping so many women, Ellie & Geena realized that there was a need amongst many midlife women to learn about the fundamentals of a healthy midlife to ease fear around menopause years and beyond.
