Hey, ladies! Fall is here, and we are so excited to announce something special: our very first Midlife Savvy Group Challenge— and trust us, you don’t want to miss it!

This isn’t your average health challenge. We’re tackling the big three pillars of health that we work with women on every single day: Nutrition, Movement, and Lifestyle. And we are doing it as a community.

Over the course of 4 weeks, we’ll break these down into simple, actionable steps that will transform your daily routine. You’ll learn, grow, and take action, all with a supportive community cheering you on every step of the way.

Here’s the thing: we get it—between fad diets, conflicting advice, and the constant “New Year’s Resolution” cycle, it’s easy to feel stuck. But we’re doing things differently. This challenge is all about coaching, accountability, and simple real-life tools you can start using right now—all backed by evidence and proven strategies. And we’ll make sure to have some fun along the way. 😉

What Is This Challenge All About?

It’s more than just a fitness plan—it’s about getting ahead of the holiday season by setting up healthy, sustainable rhythms before the madness begins. Think of it as hitting your stride in nutrition, movement, and overall wellness. Each week, we’ll introduce new habits, and our team will guide you with tips, tricks, and tools to keep you on track and feel confident that you are working towards a happier, healthier you.

It’s coach-led, with a community-driven focus to make sure you feel supported, motivated, and ready for the busy months ahead!

Group members will have access to a Vulcan Nutrition Coach throughout the challenge for assistance and accountability every step of the way.

When Does the Challenge Run?

  • October 28th - November 24th (Perfect timing to get into a groove before the holidays!)
