Air Fryer Turkey Burger Bowls

One of our favorites for busy weeknights, you can easily customize this recipe with your favorite sides and toppings!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of 97/3 ground turkey (can substitute ground beef or ground chicken)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 4-5 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
  • salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Air fry at 360 degrees for 15-20 minutes in separate foil layers. When done, the internal temperature should be at 165 degrees F.
  3. Serve in a bowl with your favorite veggie, carb, and toppings. We like ours over lettuce or spinach with sweet potatoes, cottage cheese. dijon mustard, cooked zucchini, and avocado slices.
