2 pounds of 97/3 ground turkey (can substitute ground beef or ground chicken)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 onion, diced
4-5 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Air fry at 360 degrees for 15-20 minutes in separate foil layers. When done, the internal temperature should be at 165 degrees F.
Serve in a bowl with your favorite veggie, carb, and toppings. We like ours over lettuce or spinach with sweet potatoes, cottage cheese. dijon mustard, cooked zucchini, and avocado slices.
