- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2.5 cups of milk or pre-made vanilla protein shake (3 cups if cooking overnight)
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
- 1 TBSP pure maple syrup or honey
- 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract
