Easy Protein Blondie Bars

These delicious, quick dessert uses protein powder to help you get to your protein goals with something sweet!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop Equip vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup drippy Peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup oat flour (I just used a processor to blend up my own old fashioned oats!)
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • Optional to taste: pumpkin spice seasoning + cinnamon
  • Optional topping: Dark chocolate chips

Directions

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl or in the baking tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
