If you have a sweet tooth, check out this easy dessert with fiber and protein and minimal prep or clean up!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 TBSP unsweetened applesauce or oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients and put into a parchment lined baking dish.
  2. Top with chocolate chips.
  3. Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.
