Mississippi Chicken

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Au Jus seasoning
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 jar of pepperoncinis (& juice)
  • 4 thin pats of butter

Directions

  1. Starting with the first ingredient, layer all ingredients in a 9x13 dish.
  2. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes, checking to make sure the chicken is done at the end (165 degrees F)
  3. Serve with one carb and one veggie and enjoy!
