- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread the chicken out on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the bell pepper and onion strips out on top of the chicken.
- Pour the oil over everything.
- Sprinkle both packs of fajita seasoning over the ingredients.
- Pour the fajita sauce over the top.
- Mix all together with your hands or tongs.
- Put in the oven for 35 minutes, pulling it out halfway through to mix.
You can serve the finished chicken fajita mix on tacos or as a taco salad with:
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 4 oz chicken fajita mix
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- sprinkle of goat cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp Bolthouse cilantro avocado dressing
- A few tortilla chips
