Ingredients

  • 1 can of Safe Catch Foods tuna
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 TBSP of avocado oil mayo or plain Greek yogurt
  • Small amount of chopped onion
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all of your ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! This protein-packed recipe is delicious as a salad on greens of your choice or on some toasted whole grain bread.
