Zucchini Oat Brownies
These high-protein, high-fiber oat "brownies" are a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth without breaking the bank on calories.

Ingredients
2 yellow squash or zucchini - blended, finely grated, or riced
1 cup liquid egg whites
1-1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup milk of choice
2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 TBSP honey
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP of chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients (minus chocolate chips) and spread into a parchment paper or lightly greased 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Cut into 8 pieces
Calories: 150
Protein: 12 grams
Fiber: 3.5 grams
