Vice President of APTA Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy. Professor Emeritus and Professor of Neurology and My Chair and Professor at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Fell has incredible insight into where we are in healthcare and where we need to improve plus he has studied the brain for the better part of his life.
