Impetus Health- Reaching "First Time" Lifters w/ Nate Johnson

Welcome to Impetus Health! In this episode, we discuss an interesting topic of how to reach people and introduce them to fitness and lifting for the first time. Again, it is all about perspective, and it was great hearing from Nate Johnson on the mindset he takes with reaching beginning lifters and helping navigate them in starting their journey into fitness. If fitness and nutrition are to be the ground floor of healthcare, then reaching people to help them enter into fitness is a HUGE endeavor. Great insight from Nate!
