Great Modification for Athletes with Knee Pain

This is a video for my coaches and trainers out there. If you've ever had an athlete who is having pain with some of the movements in a workout or knee pain with the movements in the workout, a great movement modification is to take them into a lunge, but even in a lunge they can still have pain. This video is a modification video for someone who has knee pain with traditional movements and we were trying to find a way to help them to continue to work out and move around some of the pain.
